Robert obtained his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Salisbury University in the fields of Exercise Science and Business in 2006. He has been a staff member of the Board of Education of Queen Anne’s County for 15 seasons as a coach at the High School level. Through these 15 seasons he has held the JV Men’s Lacrosse Head coaching position for 7 seasons, won the 2014 and 2015 State Championship as the Defensive Coordinator of the Varsity Lacrosse team, as well as multiple positions with the KIHS Football team for 10 seasons. He has had his hand in many community organizations and has founded and led the KIHS alumni lacrosse association, created the KIHS alumni football association, has founded and led the Centreville Men’s Lacrosse Association, is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has held a coaching position within the Snappers Lacrosse Club and Storm Lacrosse Club over the past 4 years. Robert’s passion for developing student athletes has led him to this business endeavor and his doors are open to create opportunities for the youth of the community that he lives in and serves.
Jason achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Salisbury University. While attending Jason was a member of the Salisbury University Baseball Team for 4 years. In that time he helped lead his team to their first World Series appearance in 2001 as a 3 year captain. Upon graduating, he broke 10 school records and still holds the career record with 34 career home runs. In October of 2017, Jason was inducted into the Salisbury University Hall of Fame. After graduating, Jason went on to teach and coach for 11 years at multiple age levels. Jason has always had a passion for training and teaching, which has brought him here to The Edge Where Passion Meets Performance.
Jason earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Coaching. He has had the opportunity to train people from many different life stages. At Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, Florida, he worked with patients when post bypass surgery, pre and post bariatric surgery, and patients with different lung disorders and diseases. For the past several years Jason has coached many youth soccer teams and provided physical education classes to homeschool students in the area. Born and raised on the shore, Jason enjoys giving back to the community that made him who he is.

Monica brings a wealth of knowledge of fastpitch softball to the Eastern Shore. Graduating from the University of Maryland in 2004, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Monica was a double threat in pitching and hitting from 2000-2004 at Maryland, where she anchored the pitching staff. As a junior, she was the only Terp selected to the All-ACC First Team. She led the Terps in all statistical pitching categories and had an impressive .322 batting average with 7 homeruns. To finish out her senior year, Monica was selected to the 2004 ACC All Tournament Team. As of 2019, she remains the record holder in all pitching categories and home run category at the University of Maryland. She currently ranks 5th in all time wins (47) and career strikeouts (492), 6th with all time lowest ERA (1.90) and most innings pitched (519). She currently holds 10th place in career homeruns (17). Monica currently resides in Stevensville where she has lived for 10 years with her husband, Adam, who is a career firefighter, and four kids, Kayden, Lane, Reece, and Brooks. Recently, Monica has become a stay at home mom and has found love and joy taking care of her family.
